J.D. Power has awarded Amica Insurance “Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Homeowners Insurance” in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM.
Amica finished first for a second consecutive year, and has earned this award in 20 of the last 21 years. This year, Amica’s score of 849 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 30 points higher than the industry average.
The company did particularly well in the following categories: billing process and policy information (first), claims (first) and policy offerings (second). The study also examines customer satisfaction with interaction and price.
