Amica ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the New England Region
For the second year in a row, Amica Insurance has earned the top spot in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Auto Insurance Satisfaction StudySM. The company bucked the industry trend by increasing their satisfaction score.
Amica’s score of 735 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 26 points higher than last year, 110 points higher than the regional average and 94 points higher than the nearest competitor.
Amica also placed first in all seven of the study dimensions: trust, people, ease of doing business, product/coverage offerings, problem resolution, price for coverage and digital channels.
