Amica Earns J.D. Power Digital Experience Award

Amica Insurance tied for first in the Shopping segment of the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Insurance Digital Experience StudySM . Amica’s score of 559 (on a 1,000-point scale) placed it in a tie for the top spot with Erie Insurance. Amica finished second in the Service segment with a score of 724 (on a 1,000-point scale).

The Shopping portion of the study examines four factors: design, information, quoting and system performance. The Service portion also examines four factors: design, information, tools/capabilities and system performance. For more information, click here.
