Amica Insurance has earned the top spot in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Property Claims Satisfaction Study.SM This is Amica’s 12th property claims award, making it the most awarded home insurance company for claims satisfaction.
Amica's score of 773 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 71 points higher than the study average and 28 points higher than the company's score in 2025. Amica finished in the top spot in six study categories: level of trust, time it took to settle the claim, people, digital channels, communicated with me how and when I want, and ease of starting the claim process.
