What is the CCPA and how does it affect me?
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)/California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) is meant to enhance privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California. This law applies to all California residents and allows them the right to access their personal information stored and collected by Amica. It also grants them the right to correct request that Amica correct their stored personal information or delete it, subject to exemptions within the law.
