Sponsorships

A sponsorship is a payment to an organization, which is producing an event or program, for which Amica will receive promotional, advertising and/or marketing value.  The goal is to  increase Amica's brand and product awareness in the market. Amica considers sponsorships from a wide range of organizations, and encourages creativity and innovation to develop partnerships that are mutually beneficial.

Criteria

To stay closely aligned with Amica's marketing initiatives, sponsorship requests will be considered for events and programs that attract people who:

  • Prefer quality products
  • Appreciate exceptional customer service
  • Value partnering with a company that’s built enduring relationships for more than a century

Sponsorship proposals will also be evaluated for:

  • Positive brand awareness opportunities  
  • Tangible benefits associated with the sponsorship
  • Ability to reach the event or program audience through engagement
  • Potential for a long-term, sustainable relationship

Amica generally does NOT support

  • Advertising not tied to a sponsorship
  • Entry fees for a run or walk
  • Sponsorships for an individual or team competing in an event
  • Religious or political organizations
  • Governmental and quasi-governmental agencies or organizations

Sponsorships Application Procedure

  1. 1. The event meets all of the general criteria required for a sponsorship. 

  2. 2. Gather all the necessary documents

    • Brief description of the organization, its mission and goals.
    • Cover letter summarizing the key points of the proposal.
    • Description of the audience/attendance, including demographics.
    • List of the sponsorship levels, with cost and marketing assets of each level available.
    • Copy of the organization's W-9 Form.

    Your application may not be accepted if any of the information above is missing.

  3. 3. Submit your proposal

    Please submit your proposal through our online application system.

Review process

The review process can take up to four (4) weeks. When a decision has been made, you'll receive an email notification. Additional information and/or further discussion may be required before making a final decision.
