Amica Insurance has earned the top spot in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Property Claims Satisfaction StudySM. This is Amica’s 11th property claims award, making it the most awarded home insurance company for claims satisfaction.
Amica’s score of 906 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 37 points higher than the study average, and 3 points higher than its score from last year. The company finished in the top spot in all five study categories: first notice of loss, estimation process, repair process, claim servicing and settlement.
