J.D. Power has ranked Amica Insurance “Highest in Customer Satisfaction for the Digital Insurance Servicing Experience ” in its 2023 U.S. Insurance Digital Experience StudySM.
Amica’s score of 735 was 33 points higher than the service segment average. Additionally, Amica finished first in navigation, speed and information/content.
