Amica has reclaimed the top spot in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction StudySM.
Amica’s score of 903 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 30 points higher than the industry average, and eight points higher than its score from 2021. Amica finished first in the following three categories of the study: claim servicing, repair process and settlement. Additionally, Amica finished second in the study's other three categories: first notice of loss, estimation process and rental experience. For more information, click here.
