Amica Insurance received “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers, 17 Years in a Row” in the J.D. Power 2018 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM.
Amica’s score of 861 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 43 points higher than the national average, which has reached an all-time high “driven by an increase in the proportion of customers who bundle policies and improvements in digital interaction channels.”
