J.D. Power has awarded Amica Insurance “Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the New England Region” in the J.D. Power 2024 Auto Insurance StudySM. Amica’s score of 709 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 72 points higher than the regional average, and the company has now received this award 11 times in the past 12 years*.
J.D. Power has implemented a new, significantly revamped study that is fielded year-round and covers seven dimensions.
