For two years in a row, Amica has earned the top spot in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction StudySM.
This win marks Amica’s 60th J.D. Power Award.
Amica’s score of 909 (on a 1,000-point scale) was 31 points higher than the industry average, and six points higher than its score from 2022. Amica finished first in the following five categories of the study: first notice of loss, claim servicing, estimation process, repair process and settlement. For more information, click here.
