Important Notice for Florida Auto Policyholders

We were recently notified that some of our policyholders received a warning letter from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), which indicated that their license is pending suspension due to the cancelation of their insurance policy. We’re working with the FLHSMV to correct this issue.

Unless you’ve received notification from us directly that your coverage has been canceled or not renewed, your policy remains active. Whether or not you’ve called us previously regarding this issue or have received a similar letter from FLHSMV in the recent past, please check the status of your license by visiting the following website: https://services.flhsmv.gov/DLCheck/.

If your license status is “Valid,” there is no further action needed.

If your license status is “Pending” due to an insurance cancelation suspension, you need to verify your insurance at the site referenced above to avoid suspension. You can do this by:

  • Inputting the requested information that can be found on your Automobile Insurance Identification Card; or
  • Contacting us prior to the suspension effective date listed on your letter so one of our representatives can assist you with the verification process.

If your license is "Suspended," please contact us promptly so that we can assist you and report coverage on your behalf.

If you incur any costs related to this issue, or you have any additional questions, please let us know. Our representatives are ready to assist you at 800-242-6422.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
