Amica, MADD team up for Power of You(th) program

Amica is committed to protecting you and your family. Part of that is working to make the nation’s roadways safer. That’s why we’ve partnered with Mothers Against Drunk Driving® (MADD) in an ongoing effort to protect youth and make a safer future for tomorrow’s drivers.

Amica believes in the Power of You(th) message, which is to empower young people to make smart and healthy choices, resist the pressure to drink or consume marijuana before age 21, and to never ride with someone who has consumed alcohol or other drugs.

Power of You(th)

MADD’s Power of You(th) program features interactive presentations delivered by certified facilitators to help youth explore the real, short- and long-term impacts of underage drinking, including how it can damage brain development and have long-lasting social consequences. MADD also offers tools directly to teens to encourage them to use their power to keep themselves and their friends safe.
