Good news! We’re now able to automatically obtain your mileage information from the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) to see if you qualify for the annual mileage discount. You’ll only receive a form in the mail if we’re unable to obtain your mileage information.

If we were unable to obtain your mileage from the RMV, the Annual Mileage Form was included in your Pre-Renewal Letter, which is also located on the Documents tab of your Active Policy. Completed forms can either be mailed to: Amica Mutual Insurance Company, PO Box 6700, Providence, RI 02940-6700, or uploaded on Amica.com from the Documents tab of your policy.
If we can’t obtain the data needed to review the discount, we’ll still send you the paper form.
No. You can receive a discount if you drive fewer than 7,500 miles per year and a larger discount if you drive fewer than 5,000 miles per year. For more information, please review your renewal Declarations page once it becomes available.
We were able to automatically obtain your mileage information from the RMV. Please review the Discount tab on your renewal policy once it becomes available on Amica.com to see if the discount has been applied.
Your policy renewal documents will show “Annual Mileage” where your policy discounts are listed. On Amica.com, you can go to the Discounts tab for your renewal policy once it becomes available to see if you’re receiving the discount.
Once your mileage has been obtained through the RMV or the form you submitted, it’s visible on Amica.com on the Policy Overview tab for each vehicle on the policy.
