Amica has won “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers, 17 Years in a Row.”

Amica was awarded “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers”1 in the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM. J.D. Power surveys thousands of customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their homeowners and renters insurance companies. This is the 17th year in a row that Amica has received an award for customer satisfaction with homeowner insurers. We also achieved the highest score in five study factors: price, billing process and policy information, policy offerings, claims and interaction.

Amica has once again received “Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the New England Region”in the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Auto Insurance StudySM. This marks the seventh consecutive year in New England and the twentieth year in a row that J.D. Power recognized Amica for highest customer satisfaction with auto insurers.

A.M. Best A+ Superior Rating seal

A.M. Best awards Amica Mutual the financial strength rating of A+ (Superior).

A.M. Best, a leading insurance rating agency and the nation’s authority on insurance company financial stability, has given the financial strength rating of A+ (Superior) to Amica Mutual Group (Amica). This rating applies to the lead company, Amica Mutual Insurance Company and its affiliate, Amica Property & Casualty Insurance Company.Additionally, A.M. Best has given a rating of A+ (Superior) to Amica Life Insurance Company.3

Amica named one of America’s Best Midsize Employers by Forbes 

Amica was named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Midsize Employers. Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to survey 50,000 U.S. employees working for companies with at least 1,000 people. Respondents were asked to rate, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others. They were also asked to nominate organizations in industries other than their own.
