When you need repairs after a covered incident, we can get you moving again at one of our more than 2,900 certified repair shops that provide warranty on claims-related repair work for as long as you own your car. But you can always choose your own repair shop.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance provides 24/7 towing, flat tire changes, battery jump starts, fuel delivery and lockout services.

This is included with towing and labor coverage, or it’s available to all policyholders as an out-of-pocket expense.

Amica's Glass Program Manager offers high-quality repair and replacement services from our vetted repair shops. We provide a lifetime guarantee for claims-related services on parts and workmanship for replacements for as long as you own the car.

Even if repairs are not covered by your policy, we can still refer you to a repair facility for services like windshield replacement, collision repairs and other damage. However, please note that Amica only guarantees the workmanship of repair shops that are part of our Repair Assistance Program (RAP). For repairs at non-RAP facilities, you will need to address any quality or warranty concerns directly with the shop. This referral is voluntary, and we do not guarantee the workmanship or quality of repairs performed by non-program facilities.
