Amica Homeowner Photo Tool

The Homeowner Photo Tool lets you quickly and securely submit photos of your home’s damage at the start of your claim. After you file your claim, we’ll email you a unique link to access the tool. In some cases, your photos allow us to assess the damage virtually – without an in-person inspection.

Being able to share photos of the damage quickly helps us get your claim into the right hands to be assessed faster and resolved quicker.

The Homeowner Photo Tool is easy to use. You can add up to 10 photos at a time from a computer or smartphone, and provide optional descriptions to each photo. The photos and any details you provide are sent directly to your claim handler.

Once you report your claim, you’ll receive an automated email with a unique link to your claim’s specific Homeowner Photo Tool portal. This link is the only way to access your upload portal, so you can be sure your access is secure.
