Amica Ranked #1 in Homeowners and Renters Insurance in J.D. Power 2025 Study

Amica has finished first in both the Homeowners Insurance and Renters Insurance categories in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Home Insurance Study. This is the first time Amica has finished first in both Homeowners and Renters Insurance simultaneously. Amica’s score for Homeowners improved 26 points to 705, and it improved 16 points to 711 on its score for Renters insurance (on a 1,000-point scale) in comparison to the 2024 study.
Amica earned top honors in six of the seven dimensions the study evaluates: Product/Coverage Offerings; Problem Resolution; Digital Channels; People; Trust; and Ease of Doing Business. This is the 21st time that Amica has finished in first place in the Homeowners category and the first time it placed first in the Renters category.
