Amica has been named one of America’s Best Insurance Companies for 2027 by Forbes, earning this national recognition for the sixth consecutive year. The award reflects the company’s continued focus on delivering exceptional insurance protection backed by world-class customer service. America's Best Insurance Companies 2027 were identified in an independent survey based on a sample of over 18,000 consumers with at least one insurance policy. Amica had another excellent performance in the subcategories of homeowners, renters, auto and term life. The survey considered customers’ overall recommendation, their general satisfaction and six subdimensions: advice agents offered, customer service, cost, company transparency, digital services and damage services.
