Amica was awarded “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers”1 in the J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Home Insurance Studies. J.D. Power surveys thousands of customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their homeowners and renters insurance companies. This is the 15th year in a row that Amica has received an award for customer satisfaction with homeowner insurers. We also achieved the highest score in four study factors: price, billing process and policy information, policy offerings and interaction.
Amica is proud to be ranked “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the New England Region”2 in the J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Auto Insurance StudySM. The study is based on customer satisfaction in five key areas: policy offerings, price, billing process and policy information, interaction and claims. This is the 17th consecutive year that Amica has received an award for customer satisfaction with auto insurers.
A.M. Best, a leading insurance rating agency and the nation’s authority on insurance company financial stability, has given the financial strength rating of A+ (Superior) to Amica Mutual Group (Amica). This rating applies to the lead company, Amica Mutual Insurance Company and its affiliate, Amica Property & Casualty Insurance Company.3 Additionally, A.M. Best has given a rating of A+ (Superior) to Amica Life Insurance Company.4
