Amica Claim Alerts Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Amica Claim Alerts program, you will receive text message notifications each time there is an update on your Amica claim. Message frequency averages from five to seven text notifications per claim. Amica does not have a separate charge for this service, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. By enrolling in this program, you approve any such charges.
- You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 26422, which will ensure that you no longer receive text messages from Amica. When you do this, you will agree to one additional confirmation message stating that you’ve opted out.

You must be the mobile phone account holder or have permission from the account holder to use this service. You must be 18 years or older or have permission from a parent/guardian. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to factors outside of Amica’s control and subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier. You will be participating in the Amica Claim Alerts program once you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you cannot participate in the program.
User information will only be used for the service they have explicitly opted-in for and will not be used for other services provided on this short code. User information will not be sold to a third party. User requests will not be used as a blanket opt-in to receive additional messages outside the context of the specific program they are opting in to.
