Special Notice for Use of Telemedicine and Telehealth - Personal Injury Protection

Effective immediately, and continuing through the state of emergency and public health emergency in New Jersey, the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage provided by your auto policy will allow for treatment via telemedicine/telehealth. This would apply to you or any person who is eligible to receive PIP benefits and is injured in a covered loss.
