Amica was awarded “Highest Customer Satisfaction Among National Homeowner Insurers”1 in the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM. J.D. Power surveys thousands of customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their homeowners and renters insurance companies. This is the 17th year in a row that Amica has received an award for customer satisfaction with homeowner insurers. We also achieved the highest score in five study factors: price, billing process and policy information, policy offerings, claims and interaction.
Amica earns “Best Home Insurance Claims Experience” in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Property Claims Satisfaction Study℠. Amica finished first in all five factors the study examines: first notice of loss (FNOL), estimation process, repair process, claim servicing and settlement.
