LINCOLN, R.I. - Amica Insurance has once again ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2015 Property Claims Satisfaction StudySM. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Amica has ranked highest in the study.
Amica’s score of 888 was 37 points higher than the industry average of 851.
“Amica is honored to have received this distinction for the fourth consecutive year,” said Robert A. DiMuccio, chairman, president and CEO of Amica. “Our 3,400 employees continue to make our customers their top priority, and this award is a testament to that.”
Now in its eighth year, the study measures customer satisfaction with the property claims experience by examining five factors: settlement, first notice of loss, estimation process, service interaction and repair process. The study results noted that Amica “performs particularly well in nearly all study factors.”
