Automatic Payment Plan
For your auto, home, marine, and umbrella policies
- This plan is optional.
- Payments will be deducted automatically from your bank account.
- Balance may be paid in 10 monthly installments or one deduction for the full amount.
- A notice will be sent 20 days prior to each deduction.
- There is no service charge.

To sign up for this plan, please contact your local branch office and a representative will mail you the necessary authorization form for you to complete. You may also print the authorization agreement and mail the completed and signed form to your local branch office along with a voided personal check.
