Sign up for the automatic payment plan and your insurance payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card. No checks. No payments to mail. No installment charges to pay.

The automatic payment plan means your Amica policy will be paid on time. It’s one less thing you have to worry about.

Payments Options

You decide. Pay installments for 10 months or make one annual payment.

Installment example:
Policy premium - $1000
Pay 10 installments of $100 or pay in full.

If you are an existing customer and want to sign up your auto, home, marine and/or umbrella policies, log in to sign up online.

If you prefer to sign up by mail, print and fill out the authorization agreement and mail it to the office nearest to you.

If you want to sign up your Life policies, fill out and mail the Amica Life authorization agreement. You can also call 800-234-5433 ext. 89075 to talk
to an Amica Life representative.
