Our customer account pages are simpler to read and easier to use.
Account Overview
The Account Overview page provides a comprehensive look at all of your individual Amica policies - auto, home, marine, umbrella and life. It also provides important billing information.
Other new features:- Account information and current balances are displayed on one page.
- Policies are grouped by type for easy viewing.
- A drop-down box provides quick access to information and services for specific policies.
Make a Payment
The Make a Payment page offers flexible options. Quick Pay allows you to pay the total amount due on all of your policies. Pay by Policy lets you select how much to pay towards the balance of each policy.
You also can:- Manage bills for all of your policies in one convenient location.
- Make your payments with credit and debit cards, including using credit cards to pay for life policies.
- Each month schedule your credit card payments.
Your Profile
The Your Profile page allows you to update your e-mail and payment information quickly and easily.
You can now:- Change, delete or add multiple e-mail addresses.
- Select how you prefer to receive notifications, whether by mail or e-mail.
- Designate a nickname for each payment method.
Transaction History
The Transaction History page has been enhanced to allow you to easily track your online payment transactions. Each policy will also include a brief description of the policy, as well as all transactions associated with it.
