Amica Companies Foundation Announces Grant Benefiting
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua

LINCOLN, RI – Amica Mutual Insurance Company is pleased to announce that the Amica Companies Foundation has issued the first installment of a $15,000 grant to the Teen Center and Clubhouse Improvements Project at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua, New Hampshire. The grant is being paid in three installments. The first check for $5,000 was issued this month, and two more checks in the same amount will be issued during January 2011 and January 2012.

"We're extremely happy to be able to support improvements to the facilities at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua," said Tom Barry, resident vice president in Amica's Concord Regional Office. "Amica has traditionally sought to give back to the communities in which its employees live and work. What better way is there to do that than to lend a hand to an organization that's making a difference for a
community's children?"

Since 1971, The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua has been serving the youth of the community with a variety of programs, opportunities and services. A non-profit organization affiliated with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, it offers youth development programs for children ages six to 18 after school and throughout summer vacations at six locations in Greater Nashua.

The Teen Center and Clubhouse Improvements Project is part of a $4 million facilities
improvement campaign.

The Amica Companies Foundation is a tax-exempt permanent endowment established by Amica Mutual Insurance Company to financially supplement employee volunteer efforts and other charitable causes.
