J.D. Power and Associates contacts thousands of insurance customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their insurance companies in five key areas: policy offerings; pricing; day-to-day interactions; billing and payment; and claims.

Year after year, Amica is ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction in the National Auto Insurers Study and National Homeowners Insurers Study.

Ward's 50

This is the fifth time Amica Life has made the life-health list (2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011), and the second year in a row that Amica Mutual has been named to the property-casualty list. A.M. Best, a leading insurance rating agency and the nation's authority on insurance company financial stability, has given the financial strength rating of A++ (Superior) to Amica Mutual Group (Amica). This rating applies to the lead company, Amica Mutual Insurance Company and its affiliates: Amica Lloyd's of Texas (Sugar Land, TX) and Amica Property & Casualty Insurance Company.³ Additionally, A.M.
