J.D. Power and Associates contacts thousands of insurance customers each year, asking them to rate their satisfaction with their insurance companies in five key areas: policy offerings; pricing; day-to-day interactions; billing and payment; and claims.
Year after year, Amica is ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction in the National Auto Insurers Study and National Homeowners Insurers Study.
